At Apex Cycling Team, we believe in providing female cyclists the same opportunities in the competitive criterium racing world as men, in this sport we love. Through the outline of our mission, we believe entering our sixth season as a team that we have the opportunity to give women a space where they can chase their very best potential all while leaning into a community that wants nothing more than to see them succeed.

Building an Elite Women’s Team and Development Women’s Program are integral parts of this vision. We believe that the very best of all athletes comes from being surrounded by greatness. Both in a manner of mentorship from our elite riders to development riders and also in elite riders to push one another to success.

We wish to pursue the resources they need to thrive in the sport whether that’s gear, race registrations, or housing during races. We believe allowing an athlete to focus on their training and racing while covering all other aspects of the preparation leads to riders building more consistent results and reaching higher peaks.
